1. Why I can not access normal sites ?

If you find you can not access normal sites with IE, that's caused by abnormal exit/close Mr.Zhang or shutdown/reboot without exit Mr.Zhang. Please clear IE's proxy setting or just run Mr.Zhang again and click "Exit" button. Then you can surf again.

Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN Settings -> Options in the proxy server uncheck, OK to save the settings you can.
